Shipping your Order

We aim to ship your beautiful products quickly within 2 to 3 working days. As everything is hand packed, there may be occasional circumstances where this takes longer. In that event, we will always contact you so you know.



We are currently offering FREE Priority 2-day shipping on all orders and returns in the USA.

Here is a breakdown of our International Postage/Shipping rates:

Destination Regular Packages – up to 1 lb.  Large Packages – 1 – 2 lb.
Canada $15 with C2 Express or $20 single order $20 with C2 Express or $25 single order
UK $15 with C2 Express or $33 single order $27 with C2 Express or $33 single order
Europe $15 with C2 Express or $33 single order $27 with C2 Express or $33 single order
Worldwide $15 with C2 Express or $33 single order $27 with C2 Express or $33 single order


The shipping rate will be calculated automatically based on the package weight, and your location. In the event that you cannot find your destination country, please contact us at and we will sort that out!

On an average, US orders will be delivered in 2-5 business days.  Orders to UK or Europe are usually delivered in 6-12 business days. Orders to worldwide destinations take 10-14 business days. In the event that you have not received your order, please let us know so we can look into that for you. Once the order is shipped and accepted by the shipping carrier, a change in address or destination is the responsibility of the consumer via the carriers website.



We do offer overnight delivery in the USA for a surcharge of $35 for 1-day delivery.
Please note that any customs charges levied on international deliveries are the responsibility of the consumer.
Postage/shipping will be added during the checkout process.

Where can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your order and tracking number. The tracking number will become “live” once the item has been scanned by the preferred carrier. Should you misplace your tracking number, please email us at and we will assist you.

My Order shows delivered, where is it?

With the tracking number provided, please contact your local carrier for any further delivery details. If you still have not received your order, please contact our Customer Service Department via email for assistance. We also offer signature service for an extra fee, should you feel more comfortable with a signature that ensures delivery.

What happens if a product is backordered?

Should an item on your order be out-of-stock, we will notify you via email the expected in-stock date. Your remaining order will ship on time and the out-of-stock item will ship when it becomes available.
